The isipisi app is the digital customer and service platform of Berlin-based specialist dealer and cargo bike specialist isicargo. Developed together with IoT Venture GmbH, it connects customers, workshops and the brand to create a seamless after-sales experience – from purchase, service and maintenance to insurance cover from insurance partner Alteos. GPS tracking based on IoT Venture technology is an optional extra. The promise to end customers: isipisi makes riding easy – your bike is protected, workshop visits can be planned and are transparent, and service finally feels as uncomplicated as it should be.
A particular focus is on the digital support of service and workshop processes. Many cyclists today find workshop visits unpleasant, intransparent and difficult to plan. This is where the isipisi app comes in and creates clear, structured processes: concerns can be recorded digitally in advance, appointments can be booked directly and relevant information can be provided. During the service process, status updates, chat queries and digital approvals ensure traceability and reliability on both sides.
This is the basis for isipisi, a holistic digital platform that is not limited to individual functions but covers the entire life cycle of a cargo bike. The app gives customers centralized access to their cargo bike and all relevant information: Vehicle and component data, service and inspection history, insurance and leasing status, appointments and digital documents.
The dealership’s existing ERP system is connected via standardized API interfaces. This provides digital support for processes such as service acceptance, documentation and workshop planning, reduces media disruptions and creates traceable histories for each vehicle. In short: documents, service and inspection data all come together centrally.
Digitalization becomes a scalable infrastructure and professionalization of the service.
The isipisi app thus stands for a new generation of digitally supported bicycle mobility in specialist retail – with measurably higher customer satisfaction and added value for retailers, brands and end customers.
