Dear Bike Business Insider,

This year you can expect a completely new and revised B2B experience, developed together with our partner GROFA.
We want to make your visit to CYCLINGWORLD EUROPE 2026 even more professional, efficient and valuable.

B2B get-together on Friday, 20.03.2026

Before the doors open to the general public on Friday, we invite all registered B2B visitors to an exclusive B2B get-together on Friday, March 20, 2026.

Location: RheinRiff – middle section
Time: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm

New B2B experience – exclusive and convenient

In cooperation with Grofa as our official B2B partner, we are offering you for the first time:

  • A separate B2B input

  • Exclusive B2B lanyards

  • B2B passes for all registered industry visitors

More information on this will also follow shortly.

We want to make your stay as pleasant and efficient as possible.

How B2B registration works

  1. Please click on the“B2B registration“ tab above this text fieldand fill out the form.

  2. After successful verification, you will receive a personal ticket link from us, which you can use to purchase your B2B tickets. The dispatch of these ticket links is expected to start in the first half of January 2026.

Ticket prices

The daily prices for B2B visitors are:

  • Friday: 6 €

  • Saturday: 6 €

  • Sunday: 6 €

The B2B get-together on the Friday before the official opening costs €12.

Particularly important:
Half of the ticket prices will be donated to the well:fair foundation together with Cycle4Water. Together with you, we not only want to create an extraordinary cycling event, but also make the world a little bit better.

Arrival by public transportation:

Take the U 76 from Düsseldorf main station to the Lörick stop.

It is only a few meters on foot from the bus stop to the Areal Böhler.

Directions by car:

As an exhibitor, you can purchase special parking tickets that are valid for the entire duration of the trade fair, including set-up and dismantling days.

Arrival by bike:

As usual, we offer a large, open and free bicycle parking lot. In addition, there will again be a specially guarded area for bicycles in 2026. Parking in this area is subject to a fee, which is expected to be 2.00 euros/bike again
