The Rallon RS combines motor, chassis, Vario support, gears, battery and remote into a single, intelligent overall system.

Together with TQ and Fox, Orbea has developed a setup that is unique in the industry:

The Fox eNEO Live Valve damper, the MC10-RS dropper post and the TQ motor constantly exchange data.
The suspension reacts to cadence, power and speed.
The dropper position is recorded several times per second and influences the damper behavior.
The motor detects gradients and riding position and automatically adjusts the support.
The result: a system that thinks intuitively and provides optimum support in every riding situation.

Subtle support – naturally uphill

The Rallon RS is not a classic e-bike. It is a trail bike with support that preserves the natural riding experience.

RS tuning: quiet, sensitive, never dominant
290 Wh battery for 1,200-1,800 meters of altitude
Optional 160 Wh range extender for 55 % more range
The support compensates for the additional weight of a long-travel bike without distorting the experience. The power input remains authentic – as does the feeling afterwards.

Thanks to Orbea’s Steep ‘n’ Deep design, every frame size can accommodate long dropper posts – up to 210 mm, in L/XL even up to 240 mm.

The way forward

The Rallon RS is an expression of Orbea’s cooperative structure: a bike created out of conviction, not market pressure. It was developed to push boundaries and open up new perspectives for performance mountain bikes. The findings from this project will flow into future high-end models – and shape the next generation of mountain biking.
