OUR NEW DEMOWORLD PARTNER - Bosch eBike Systems
CYCLINGWORLD EUROPE 2026 wins BOSCH EBIKE SYSTEMS as a partner of Demoworld
With Bosch eBike Systems as a new sponsor, Cyclingworld Europe is presenting its Demoworld in a unique form. Test rides at two locations, at the Areal Böhler and at the new Urban Hub in Düsseldorf’s city center, create a more diverse test concept than ever before.
Cyclingworld Europe is further expanding its trade fair concept for the eighth edition from March 20 to 22, 2026 and is gaining Bosch eBike Systems, one of the world’s leading suppliers of e-bike drive systems, as a new partner for Demoworld. Under the name “Demoworld sponsored by Bosch”, the Düsseldorf bike show will offer an even more generous test format that will enable test rides for visitors as well as trade visitors and retailers.
“With Bosch eBike Systems as a partner of Demoworld, we welcome a global technology leader and strong driving force in the field of e-bike mobility that stands for innovation, quality and safety,” says Stefan Maly, Managing Director and initiator of Cyclingworld Europe. “Demoworld sponsored by Bosch is emblematic of our aim to further develop Cyclingworld professionally and at the same time offer an experience format that impresses visitors and our trade audience alike.”
On the trade fair weekend, March 21 and 22, 2026, Demoworld will not only be located at the Areal Böhler exhibition grounds for the first time, but will also be present in Düsseldorf’s Hofgarten around the new Cyclingworld Urban Hub. The trade fair is thus establishing a two-location test concept that has never existed in this form before and underlines the growing importance of real product experiences. Around 140 bike brands are currently available for extensive test rides at the Areal Böhler alone, an increase of around 40 percent compared to the previous edition. All types of bikes can be tested, from classic organic bikes and e-bikes to cargo, urban, trekking and folding bikes. The offer is complemented by the Urban Hub in the city center. There are a total of five designated test routes in the Hofgarten, including three courses suitable for children and two longer routes for adults, which offer cycling fun in the heart of the city and yet in a green setting.
In addition to the sponsoring partnership as part of Demoworld, Bosch eBike Systems 2026 will be represented for the first time at the Areal Böhler and the Urban Hub in the Hofgarten with two presentation areas and test bikes. “Interested parties can get to know our latest products and digital features at our stands and then try them out directly on site in the versatile test environment of Demoworld and experience the joy of riding an eBike,” says Tamara Winograd, Head of Marketing and Communication at Bosch eBike Systems.
With Demoworld sponsored by Bosch, Cyclingworld Europe is underlining its claim to be more extensive, versatile and professional than ever before for the upcoming edition and to further strengthen test rides as a link between product, brand and market.
