My illuminated pennant is designed for children’s bicycles and balance bikes.
Parents, grandparents, and safety-conscious families make up my core target audience. What I hope to achieve with my illuminated pennant is to ensure that children can get to school, sports, or their recreational activities safely. Children should, of course, participate in road traffic, but when they do, they should be as safe as possible. My product is ready for mass production and protected by a utility model. My illuminated pennant is unique and therefore very appealing to parents and grandparents—but first and foremost to children. My product needs advertising because an illuminated pennant like this has never existed before, and so no one is specifically looking for it.

My illuminated pennant was designed for children’s bikes under 20 inches and balance bikes to help keep our youngest riders safe in traffic. Not only does our product look cool on a bike, but it also protects our children better than any other (conventional) pennant. I demonstrated my product to a police officer, and she simply said, “This saves lives.” Those three words continue to drive me to this day to ensure that as many children’s bikes as possible are equipped with my illuminated pennant.
